3D printed object: hybrid design + FDM print This project was a really nice culmination of things we learned throughout the semester. Being able to bring a design to life, that my partner and I designed, was gratifying. These were my first 6 ideas for the hollow vessel: And Dylans six concepts: So yeah, I think we had a nice variety in form and technique. Our mash up of ideas began with these two forms: Just some monolithic and tower-like structures. The idea to further hybridize these two designs resulted in our final form: :):):):)
